Types of work

Any type of uppers, the machine is particularly indicated to manage uppers with thermoplastic or thermos adhesive coated counters.

Operation

The operator loads an upper, with counter inserted, onto the heated mould. Then the activating cycle begins. When activation is finished, the upper is released. The operator unloads it from the heated station and loads onto the cooled one, pulling pincers tension the upper, then the moulding cycle starts. When settled time is completed, the upper is released and the mould returns to starting position to allow unloading and a new cycle begins.
