ECOSTICK ® 1816B Water-Based Adhesive

Uses:

• Ideal for coupling leather, eco-leather, fabrics, covers, and cardboard

• Suitable for gluing PVC, EVA, nylon, and ready-made rubbers

• Effective on greasy leather with grease content up to 15%

Technical Specifications:

• Application Methods: Spray gun or roller machine

• Open Time (Cold Bonding): Up to 20 minutes after drying

• Reactivation by Heating: Effective within 48 hours at 60°-70°C

Instructions for Use:

1. Application: Apply ECOSTICK ® 1816B evenly on both surfaces using a spray gun or roller machine. Allow to dry completely.
2. Bonding: Without preheating, bond both surfaces within 20 minutes after drying, then press.
3. If Time Exceeds 20 Minutes: Reactivate by heating both surfaces to 60°-70°C before bonding and pressing.
4. Single-Side Application: For coupling leather with textiles, moltoprene, or foam rubber, apply a generous amount to the less absorbent material and bond immediately.
