Self-piercing eyelet machine, inverter system manages the electric motor operation, applies eyelets shot by shot, fast and robust, it is particularly suitable for applying eyelets in various sectors such as: footwear, leather goods, luggage, technical articles, toys and many others. 

Features

• The machine is prepared with eyelet size on request. By replacing the magazines, punches and dies, eyelets with holes from 3 mm to 6.5 mm can be applied. 

• The machine is self-drilling and does not require prior drilling of various materials. According to the needs and the type of eyelet, the riveting can be round, star-shaped or with a washer. 

• The machine is equipped with an adjustable guide for the distance between the eyelets. For particular applications, the machine can be equipped with special work surfaces or guides. The optical projector for centering the application point is available upon request. The sturdy structure excludes arm bending. 

  NB: When the machine is not in the application phase, electricity consumption is zero.
