Motorized eyelet machine with fully automatic operation, material transport and stroke counter with electronic programmer. 

Features

• This automatic eyelet machine automatically applies eyelets of various types, with shanks up to 8mm in diameter. Replacing the die channel and die group allows for a size change. 

• The machine is equipped with an electronic control unit to set an eyelet application program, with automatic transport of the material once the desired number is reached the machine stops. The eyelets are fed using a vibrator. 

• The distance between the center and the center of the eyelets is adjustable from a minimum of 12mm to a maximum of 30mm. 

• The eyelet machine is driven by an electric motor, with inverter system control and is operated by a pedal. When pressed, the die pierces the material and transports it to the exact position where the eyelet is to be applied. 

• Particularly suitable for applying eyelets in various sectors such as: shoe factories, leather goods, paper converting, orthopedics and others. 

NB When the machine is not in the application phase, electricity consumption is zero.
