Uses:

Ideal for coupling and folding leather, eco-leather, fabrics, covers, cardboards, for producing belts, uppers, bags, wallets, heels, orthopedic insoles and for assembling insoles.

Benefits:

• they are highly stabilized and provide superior yellowing and aging resistance

• they provide high resistance to humidity and hydrolysis

• they have high initial bonding strength, can be applied also on one side only

• they are accurately filtered and provide excellent spraying capacity and minimum risk of lump formation

• they have very long expiration date and provide more security even if they are consumed a lot later than their purchase date

• due to their high viscosity they remain on the surface and do not penetrate the materials, therefore, they are suitable either for porous materials or thin textiles and this is achieved without losing the spraying efficiency

• due to high solid content, the quantity required for obtaining excellent bonding is less with respect to competition, providing at the same time faster drying

• they do not contain solvents as many competition products and they protect the operators and the environment, at the same time they are not flammable - no risk of fire.

Instructions for use:

• Apply the adhesive on both sides. Let it dry until the film of adhesive becomes transparent. Couple and press.

Open Time:

• Up to 12-24 hours, depending on the amount of adhesive used and on the kind of support.

• If the open time is exceeded, bonding can be made after having warmed up at 60°C the material to bond.
